In 2021 their plan is to continue expanding & making more acquisitions which leaves an opening in their payroll team for a reliable, detailed & hard working Senior Payroll Officer.
About the role
Reporting into the National Payroll Manager, your role will include the following:
- Reviewing payroll processes to build efficiencies;
- Full function payroll;
- Working with over 100 EBA’s;
- Training & upskilling the current team;
- Building effective relationships with internal &; external stakeholders to ensure the service level is high;
- Working on various payroll projects with the IT & Finance teams to ensure payroll data is correct & reporting is accurate;
- Contributing to the culture by being hard working, approachable & setting a good example for the team;

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will have 5+ years experience working in large businesses with multiples payrolls (monthly, weekly & fortnightly pays). You will be driven & dedicated to delivering quality work & have experience working with multiple large ERP systems. This role requires someone who is not only great at Payroll but someone who is passionate about culture & wants to contribute effectively.
